Power Plant — Direct Cooling

Air cooled condensers for power plant.

) (cps and our alliance partners undertake the design, manufacture, supply, construction and commissioning of air cooled condensers — direct cooling and steam recovery from turbine exhaust for boiler feed water.

Overview

Full turnkey delivery, from design to commissioning.

) (cps, with our alliance partners, undertakes the complete delivery of air cooled condensers (ACCs) for power plant — covering design, manufacture, supply, construction and commissioning.

Air cooled condensers provide direct cooling of turbine exhaust steam and recover that steam as boiler feed water — typically deployed on power plants where water availability or environmental constraints rule out wet evaporative cooling.

Our role is to bring the right partner capability together for each project, providing the independent technical interface between operator and supply chain across the full delivery.

Full project lifecycle

A single point of accountability across delivery
01

Design

Thermal and structural design of the ACC matched to the turbine exhaust duty and site conditions.

02

Manufacture

Manufacture of fin tube bundles, fan modules, ducting and structural support through alliance partners.

03

Supply

Logistics and supply coordination — delivering complete assemblies to site, ready for construction.

04

Construction

Site erection, mechanical and electrical installation, integration with the turbine exhaust system.

05

Commissioning

System commissioning, performance verification and handover to operations.

06

Steam recovery

Exhaust steam condensed and returned as boiler feed water — closing the steam cycle without water consumption.
