A forced-draft centrifugal-fan counterflow closed circuit cooler for combined wet/dry operation. The ARID Fin-Pak dry cooling coil installed in series with the evaporative coil enables water savings of up to 60%, reducing chemical demand and eliminating visible plume during dry operation (reduced or eliminated during wet operation).
